Pasties

POTATO PASTIES

Make a Thick Bolognaise Sauce.

Boil and Mash 3 Medium Potatoes

(without Butter or Milk).

Mix with 1 Cup of SR Flour.

Make a dough and roll out to 2mm Thick.

Cut out with a Medium Saucepan Lid.

Place a couple of Tblsp of Bolognaise

sauce on 1/2 the pastry circle fold over and press together to form a pasty shape.

Melt some butter in a Fry Pan and Pan Fry the pasties until brown.

Enjoy with Seasonal Vegetables and a Nice Tomato Relish
